Is dinner included?+
Yes — the buffet dinner and the drinks at the borrel are included with every ticket.
Are talks recorded?+
No. Live is live. The talks are not recorded, so being in the room is the only way to catch them.
Where do I park?+
At the Berg & Bos car park next to Apenheul. Parking is not included in your ticket — you buy and pay for your own parking ticket there.
Is there a code of conduct?+
Yes — see the Code of Conduct page. We take it seriously.
What time does it start and end?+
Doors open at 14:00, the first sessions start at 15:00, and the borrel runs until 21:30.
In which language are the sessions?+
Both. Every session lists its language, and every round offers a Dutch and an English option.
Do I need a separate ticket for the workshop?+
Yes. The workshop runs in four blocks across the whole day and replaces the breakout track, so it has its own ticket type. Keynote, dinner and borrel are included either way.
Can I switch between sessions?+
Yes, freely. Three breakout rooms run in parallel and everything sits along one corridor, so switching between rounds takes a minute at most.
How do I get there without a car?+
Take an intercity to Apeldoorn, then bus line 1 — it drops you at the Apenheul stop in under 15 minutes.
Is the venue accessible?+
Yes. The conference rooms and the foyer are on one level and wheelchair accessible.
Can I still submit a session?+
Not for this edition — the Call for Sessions is closed and all thirteen slots are filled. The next one opens for XXL 2027.
Can my company sponsor?+
There are a handful of packages and they sell out. See the sponsors page for what is still open.
