Can I receive an invoice?+

Can I transfer or cancel my ticket?+
Email crew@ai-ape.nl as soon as your plans change. We will review which change or refund is still possible for your order.
What is included?+
Every ticket includes the keynote, buffet dinner and drinks. A general ticket covers the talks; a workshop ticket replaces the talks during the workshop blocks.
Can I share dietary or accessibility requirements?+
Yes. Email crew@ai-ape.nl well before the event so we can coordinate the available options with the venue.
How does the workshop ticket work?+
There are twenty workshop tickets. You attend all four workshop blocks and can also join the shared keynote, dinner and drinks.
